It will pump the heat right out of your body

While working on the cloud chamber, I wanted to see if I could improve the ice cooling system in my friend's fursuit. His cooling suit consists of compression shirt & pants that have medical rubber tubing sewn in a radiator pattern all over. Ice water is pumped through the tubing to absorb body heat. The ice bag has to be cycled every 4 hours or so, which is messy and prone to leakage.

The TECs appeared to keep the cold loop at a chilly 22ºC while drawing around 200 W. Further expanding on this, I want to use the copper water blocks with the 19911-5L31-15CQ TECs running at a lower power to see how efficient we can get the system. If all goes well, I'd like to take the next step and use this as a base for an environmental suit for space travel.

On a road trip, it was discovered that the charger for the cooling system was left behind, so we stopped by Fry's Electronics to pick up some extra juice.
